We hold spares for much of the Kodo range. Whilst we are happy to supply authorised engineers and wholesalers, there are certain Health & Safety issues, as well as our Company Insurers rules, in supplying the general public. We need written confirmation that the purchaser understands all the Health and Safety issues surrounding fitting replacement parts themselves, and that they accepted responsibility for those issues. The most common spares we are asked for are replacement ceramic plates for the 190 and Mk2 range. These are £7 each or £10 for the pair. Cables for all models are £8.50. Although the FLAT cables for the older 300 range all look the same, there have been a number of modifications that have resulted in very minor, but critical, differences in the diameter of the connector. To save supplying the wrong cable, we suggest you cut off the cable an inch or so from the connector and post the connector to us along with a cheque. PLEASE NOTE:- When sending us your old connector, the package will be more than 5mm thick. Royal Mail treats this as a 'Large Letter', with minimum postage of 47p. Please check before posting. LATER models are fitted with a ROUND cable. If you require a round cable, please just state on your order ‘ROUND CABLE’, and quote the model number and colour of the straightener 300/301/303/305/230/220.etc. (cables are not interchangeable between models) All prices include 2nd Class postage.
